The SPECIAL interface for Atomic is made for 1080p and not properly downscaled, so it's non-functional on sub-1080p to my knowledge. The rest of the interface works, but the SPECIAL menu isn't optimized. Unfortunately there's no official fix seeing as how Atomic is no longer in development.

March 01, 2017, 12:42:40 am Isocade says: In that case, I can only think of two solutions- The first would be to try and cycle your download region by going into your Steam client settings, going to the Downloads tab, and then changing the download region. After doing that, you'd have to restart Steam and then set the download region back, or try to check if anything will update after that.
If that doesn't work, then the only other solution I have is to wait until tomorrow, unfortunately.
