Denied / Matthew Antigio - Military Background

What character are you applying for?: Matthew 'Loner' Antigio
What special authorization do you wish for them to have?: Military background, enlisting at the age of 18 and staying for 9 years in the Russian Armed Forces.
For what reason will they have this special authorization? (Explain how they acquired it please)?:
For what intentions do you want this character in specific to have this special authorization in specific?:
Self-defense, repairs of his weaponry, possible modifications to his weaponry (Which would require another authorization itself)
What about your authorization makes it special, as in, what about this skill/trait/ability makes it necessary to make an authorization for it?:
This allows Loner to actually know quite a bit about weaponry, and more experience with weaponry than the average Stalker, along with more knowledge tactically.
Do you understand that ANY form of intentional misguidance or misinformation on this form will result in a denial?: Yes
Do you understand that ANY abuse of power or authorization given from the results of this form will result in a removal of the authorization and a possible blacklisting depending the severity?: Yes

**Loner stood there, looking at his PDA as the file closed, sighing as he looked around the Zone. It was dead quiet, and he chose to take refuge in a small little shack for the night. He lied there, the one injured log staying stuck in his mind, and he slowly drifted off to that thought**
**A few gunshots **** off in the distance, Matthew lying there, prone, in his RAF Standard Infantry uniform, he was paired up with a few other privates for the nightwatch, and, this being his second year here, he got used to these cold nights. As he looked over to the privates, noticing they were shivering, he simply snarled at them with a 'Focus, damn it!' and then went back to his own watch, however, everything faded to black afterwards, it was all simply a blur apart from gunshots and a sharp pain in his right thigh, and before he knew it, he was being dragged off by two corpsman.**
He sat there for a few minutes afterwards, replaying the situation in his mind, over and over, attempting to remember what happened during that blur...However, his attempts were futile, and overall weren't worth it. He simply gave up, and made a bullshit paragraph in his head, trying to summarize his entire military life within it...
'Matthew Antigio, Senior Sergeant of the RAF, no **** commendations whatsoever! Deployed in one war, and then trained a bunch of **** eating recruits for a year, before being deployed to god knows **** where for another two before retiring. Ending up with a right thigh injury on August 12th, 2005 due to this corporal being goddamned sidetracked, I still end up going back to the military and assisting with all the bullshit that our government does! I die for my government because their money matters over MY **** life, I die for my government for their own **** power...****, should've picked up their own guns and fought the war themselves...'
He simply sighed, a bit of anger built up into his body, and the thought of a bunch of fat pigs profiting off his death was definitely not assisting it. He simply looked up at the ceiling, slowly clearing his thoughts, happy that he was here..In the zone.
