What character are you applying for?: Matthew Antigio

What special authorization do you wish for them to have?: A damaged SEVA Suit, giving him only slight anomaly protection but no splinter/bullet protection.

For what reason will they have this special authorization? (Explain how they acquired it please)?:

Matthew Antigio, a slightly experienced Stalker in the zone had been doing a few jobs both noble and...Not so noble, had been armed with only a PMM for a short amount of time before losing that and ending up being a courier for a few people, which nearly got him killed on several occasions, he heard about a sale of a SEVA Suit, which no-one seemed to be interested in. Matthew being Matthew, of course, took interest because it sounded cool, and a few drinks, a blood pact and 30 thousand rubles later, Matthew had acquired the SEVA Suit. Of course, Matthew had worn it for every single job he had ever done afterwards, and its condition slowly deteriorated. However, it reached the end of its firearm protection usefulness days when, during a gunfight against a few bandits with other loners, he was injured heavily, and the suit was repaired with improvised materials. He still wears the SEVA protection for, what he states 'it's cool look' and the anomaly protection it gives him.


For what intentions do you want this character in specific to have this special authorization in specific?: This basically gives him a slight advantage with anomalies unlike other characters who may not have the suit, allowing him to traverse lands with a few less scratches, or a few more limbs.

What about your authorization makes it special, as in, what about this skill/trait/ability makes it necessary to make an authorization for it?:

It is literally an SEVA suit that is giving him anomaly protection, it definitely requires an authorization due to its anomaly resistance (Which is lowered due to the damages) and the fact that my player model will most likely need to be changed to it, or given the script.

Do you understand that ANY form of intentional misguidance or misinformation on this form will result in a denial?: Yes

Do you understand that ANY abuse of power or authorization given from the results of this form will result in a removal of the authorization and a possible blacklisting depending the severity?: Yes

Problems I have with this auth.

-Special auths are more so orientated around special traits, abilities and IC items. Not moreso on OOC items such as suits, weapons, artifacts. You would know this from Shockcore since special char auths are generally the same there as it is here.
-How a rookie scrapped 30k together with a few courier jobs, especially in this server where jobs give out small pay outs - for now.
-Also pulling 30k on a rookie.
-How no one would be interested in a 30k SEVA especially when a SEVA - I'm assuming would be worth 50k or more.
-Why would he wear a SEVA around unless he's at a anomaly or  he is stupid, this is how you get mugged for your suit broken or not it shows you have wealth lol.
-Having a SEVA this early in could potentially break the economy if he got mugged or tried to sell it he'd make 10-20k from a trader (cus scammers tbh, ya we're lookin at you ECO)

In conclusions I sit with a heavy -support for the reasons above get this script ICly through ingame work, thanks Matty!

We're keeping a short leash on the ecconomy. This seems like a character transfer disguised as a special app (Not saying it is) and it seems this is purely gear motivated.
